founder and CEO

Fatou Ndiaye

Fatou Ndiaye

Fatou is a serial entrepreneur, international speaker and expert working with the United Nations.

Her atypical career path took her through ten years of expatriation, living on three continents, including Australia, where she brilliantly led the International Trade department within a prestigious Big Four Consulting Firm. Despite her success in the business world, Fatou chose to leave everything behind to devote herself fully to a cause that is deeply close to her heart: social equity .

Founder of the consulting firm NHUMA and The Equity Workshop, specializing in the promotion of equity in business, Fatou is an advocate of understanding and action for a more inclusive society.

She also embodies her commitment through The Wonders Association, working for professional equality and the economic autonomy of women. As a speaker and trainer in Diversity, Inclusion and Equity, she shares her expertise around the world.

Beyond her professional involvement, Fatou is also dedicated to responsible fashion. As the author and presenter of a captivating documentary series for Canal Plus, entitled "Les Nouveaux Explorateurs - En mode Fatou," she explores trends and initiatives related to sustainability in fashion.

Fatou embodies the vision of responsible leadership, determined to create a positive impact in both business and society. Her voice resonates as a call to action for a more equitable and inclusive future.
